Product Introduction
TPS562201 and TPS562208 are easy-to-use 2A synchronous buck converters in a SOT-23 package. These devices are optimized to operate with minimal external components while achieving low standby current. These SMPS devices employ D-CAP2 mode control to provide fast transient response and support low-ESR output capacitors — including dedicated polymer capacitors and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors — without requiring external compensation components. The TPS562201 operates in pulse-skip mode to maintain high efficiency during light-load operation. The TPS562201 and TPS562208 are available in a 6-pin 1.6mm×2.9mm SOT (DDC) package, rated for a junction temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
