Product Introduction
TPS562201 and TPS562208 are easy-to-use 2A synchronous buck converters in a SOT-23 package.
These devices are optimized to operate with a minimum number of external components while achieving low standby current.
These SMPS devices employ D-CAP2 mode control to provide fast transient response and support low-ESR output capacitors such as high-polymer capacitors and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors without requiring external compensation components.
The TPS562201 can operate in pulse-skip mode to maintain high efficiency during light-load operation. The TPS562201 and TPS562208 are available in a 6-pin 1.6mm×2.9mm SOT (DDC) package, rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

- Low shutdown current: less than 10μA
- 2% feedback voltage accuracy (25°C)
- Start-up from pre-biased output voltage
- Cycle-by-cycle overcurrent limiting
- Discontinuous mode overcurrent protection
- Non-latching UVP and TSD protection
