Xilinx Kintex UltraScale+ FPGAs support -3, -2, and -1 speed grades, with -3E devices offering the highest performance. The -2LE and -1LI devices operate at VCCINT of 0.85V or 0.72V and provide lower maximum static power consumption. When using -2LE and -1LI devices operating at VCCINT=0.85V, the speed specifications of L devices are identical to the -2I or -1I speed grades. At VCCINT=0.72V, the performance as well as static and dynamic power consumption of -2LE and -1LI devices are reduced. DC and AC characteristics are specified over the following temperature ranges: Extended (E) and Industrial (I). Except for operating temperature or unless otherwise specified, all DC and AC electrical parameters for a given speed grade are identical (i.e., the timing characteristics of an Extended grade device at -1 speed grade are the same as those of an Industrial grade device at -1 speed grade). However, within each temperature range, only selected speed grades and/or devices are available. XQ reference information in this datasheet applies only to devices available in XQ ruggedized packages. All supply voltage and junction temperature specifications represent worst-case conditions.
