Product Introduction
XBL4016 is a 180KHz fixed-frequency PWM step-down DC/DC converter capable of driving 12A loads, featuring high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. This regulator requires minimal external components, is easy to use, and incorporates internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator. The PWM control circuit enables linear duty cycle adjustment from 0% to 100%. Overcurrent protection is integrated internally. During short-circuit protection, the operating frequency is reduced from 180KHz to 48KHz. The built-in compensation module minimizes external component count.
