Product Introduction
XBL1507B is a 150 KHz fixed-frequency PWM step-down DC/DC converter capable of driving a 3A load, featuring high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. This regulator requires minimal external components, is easy to use, and integrates internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequency oscillator. The PWM control circuit can linearly adjust the duty cycle from 0% to 100%. Enable functionality and overcurrent protection are integrated on-chip. When the secondary current limit is triggered, the operating frequency reduces from 150 KHz to 50 KHz. The built-in compensation module minimizes the external component count.
