The W25N01KV (1Gb) SLC QspiNAND Flash provides a storage solution for systems with limited space, pin count, and power. The W25N QspiNAND series combines the popular SPI interface with traditional high-density NAND non-volatile storage. They are ideal for shadowing code to RAM. The device operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V supply, with an active current as low as 25mA and a standby current as low as 10μA.
