Product Introduction

This 2-bit non-inverting translator is a bidirectional voltage-level translator designed to establish digital switching compatibility between mixed-voltage systems. It features two independent configurable supply rails: Port A supports an operating voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V and tracks the VCCA supply, while Port B supports an operating voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and tracks the VCCB supply. As a result, the device accommodates both lower and higher logic signal levels, enabling bidirectional translation between any combination of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V voltage nodes.

  • Maximum data rate: 24Mbps (push-pull); 2Mbps (open-drain)

  • Port A supports 1.65V to 3.6V; Port B supports 2.3V to 5.5V (VCCA ≤ VCCB)
  • VCC isolation: if either VCC input is tied to GND, both ports enter high-impedance state
  • No power sequencing required: VCCA or VCCB may ramp up in any order
  • |_off supports partial power-down mode operation
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II
  • ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 requirements
  • Port A: 2500V HBM (A114-B); 250V MM (A115-A); 1500V CDM (C101)
  • Port B: 8kV HBM (A114-B); 250V MM (A115-A); 1500V CDM (C101)
