TT0321SBX is an ultra-low capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designed to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for high-speed data interfaces. With typical capacitance of 0.45pF only, it is designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems against over-voltage and over-current transient events.
The TT0321SBX comes in a RoHS compliant and Halogen Free 1.0mm x 0.6mm x 0.55mm DFN1006-2L package.
