Product Introduction
The TPT20204 is a 4-bit level translator with an enable input, operating over a VCCA range of 1.2V to 3.6V and a VCCB range of 1.65V to 5.5V. VCCA must be less than or equal to VCCB. The device supports bidirectional level translation between 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. The A1–4 I/O ports are connected to the B1–4 I/O ports, allowing bidirectional data flow between ports. When the enable input is low, the translation switch is turned off, presenting a high-impedance state between port A and port B to isolate both sides. The enable input is internally connected to VCCA. This 4-bit bidirectional buffer features capacitance isolation, allowing up to 15pF capacitance on either side of the device, supporting a data rate of 100 Mbps in push-pull mode with VCCA at 3.3V and VCCB at 5V. The TPT20204 is available in QFN1.7x2.0-12, TSSOP14, and QFN3.5X3.5-14 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
