Product Introduction
The TPT20104 is a 4-bit level translator with output enable (OE) input, operating with VCCA ranging from 1.65V to 3.6V and VCCB ranging from 1.65V to 5.5V. VCCA must be less than or equal to VCCB. The device supports bidirectional voltage translation between 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. A1~4 I/O ports are connected to B1~4 I/O ports, enabling bidirectional data flow between ports. When OE is low, the translation switch is disabled, presenting a high-impedance state between the A and B ports to isolate both sides. The OE input circuit is internally connected to VCCA. This 4-bit bidirectional buffer isolates capacitance, allowing up to 15pF load on either side of the device, supporting 100 Mbps in push-pull mode and 1.2 Mbps in open-drain mode with VCCA at 3.3V and VCCB at 5V. The TPT20104 is available in TSSOP14, QFN1.7x2.0-12, and QFN3.5x3.5-14 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.

- ESD protection: Port A: ±4000 V HBM; Port B: ±8000 V HBM; Port B: ±4000 V IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge; 1500 V CDM
