The TPS563202 is an easy-to-use 3A synchronous buck converter in a SOT563 package.
The device is optimized to minimize the number of external components required for operation and to achieve low standby current.
This SMPS device employs D-CAP2 mode control, delivering fast transient response and supporting low-ESR output capacitors — including dedicated polymer capacitors and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors — without requiring external compensation components.
The TPS563202 operates in ECO mode to maintain high efficiency during light-load operation. It is available in a 6-pin 1.6mm × 1.6mm SOT563 (DRL) package, rated for a junction temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
