Product Introduction
The TPS562200 and TPS563200 are simple, easy-to-use 2A/3A synchronous buck converters in a SOT-23 package.
These devices are optimized to operate with a minimum number of external components while achieving low standby current.
These SMPS devices employ D-CAP2 mode control to provide fast transient response and support low-ESR output capacitors such as high-polymer capacitors and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors without external compensation components.
The TPS562200 and TPS563200 can operate in advanced Eco-mode to maintain high efficiency during light-load operation. These devices are available in a 6-pin 1.6mm×2.9mm SOT (DDC) package with an operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
