The TPS548B28 is a high-efficiency, small-size synchronous buck converter with adaptive on-time D-CAP3 control mode. The device requires no external compensation, making it easy to use with minimal external components. It is well-suited for space-constrained data center applications.
The TPS548B28 features differential remote sensing and high-performance integrated MOSFETs, with a high-accuracy (±1%) 0.6V voltage reference across the entire operating junction temperature range. The device offers fast load transient response, precise load and line regulation, skip mode or FCCM operation, and programmable soft-start.
The TPS548B28 is a lead-free device, fully RoHS compliant without any exemptions.
