Product Introduction
The TPS2662x series of high-voltage electronic fuses feature a compact design, rich functionality, and a comprehensive set of protection features. The wide power input range of 4.5V to 60V enables control of many commonly used DC bus voltages. The device can withstand and protect loads powered by positive and negative power supplies up to ±60V. The TPS26624 and TPS26625 devices support input and output reverse polarity protection. The integrated back-to-back FETs provide reverse current blocking, making the device suitable for systems that require maintaining the output voltage during power failures and under-voltage conditions. Load, power supply, and device protection have many adjustable characteristics, including overcurrent, output slew rate, overvoltage, and under-voltage thresholds. The reliable internal protection control module and high rated voltage of the TPS2662x series help simplify system design for surge protection. The TPS26620, TPS26622, and TPS26624 have a latching function, while the TPS26621, TPS26623, and TPS26625 have an automatic retry function to handle overheat and overcurrent fault events. These devices come in a 3mm×3mm 10-pin SON package and are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
