Product Introduction
Integrated single-channel load switch. VBIAS voltage range: 2.5V to 5.5V; VIN voltage range: 0.6V to VBIAS. On-resistance RON = 3.9mΩ (typical value at ΔVIN = 5V (VBIA S = 5V)), RON = 3.9mΩ (typical value at VIN = 3.3V (VBIA S = 3.3V)). Maximum continuous switching current of 10A. Quiescent current IQ,VBIAS = 63μA (at ΔVBIAS = 5V). Turn-off current with controlled slew rate adjustable via CT, Power Good (PG) indicator, Quick Output Discharge (QOD) (TPS22990 only). Electrostatic discharge (ESD) performance of 2kV Human Body Model (HBM) and 1kV Charged Device Model (CDM) as tested according to JESD 22.
