Product Introduction
TMUX154E is a high-bandwidth 2:1 switch designed for high-speed signal switching in I/O-limited applications. This switch features wide bandwidth (900MHz), which enables signal transmission with minimal edge and phase distortion. The switch is bidirectional with little to no high-speed signal attenuation. It achieves low inter-bit skew and high inter-channel noise isolation.
The TMUX154E integrates ESD protection cells on all pins, is available in a miniature UQFN package (1.8mm × 1.4mm) or VSSOP package, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C under natural convection conditions.

- Shutdown protection: I/O pins in high-impedance state when VCC = 0V
