Product Introduction
TMAG5123-Q1 is a chopper-stabilized, omnipolar, active-low planar Hall-effect switch sensor. The TMAG5123-Q1 simplifies mechanical sensor placement by measuring magnetic fields parallel to the PCB surface in an SMT SOT-23 package. Different sensitivity levels are available to meet specific application requirements. When the applied magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point (BOP) threshold (measured as absolute field magnitude), the open-drain output switches low. The output remains low until the applied field drops below the release point (BRP) threshold (also measured as absolute magnitude). The TMAG5123-Q1 features a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 38V and reverse polarity protection up to -20V, enabling robust operation in industrial and automotive applications.
