Product Introduction
The TLV62569 is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter optimized for high efficiency and compact solutions. The integrated switches support output currents up to 2A.
Under moderate to heavy load conditions, the device operates in PWM mode at a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. Under light load conditions, the device automatically enters Power Save Mode (PSM) to maintain high efficiency across the full load current range. In shutdown, quiescent current is reduced to below 2μA.
The output voltage of the TLV62569 is adjustable via an external resistor divider. An internal soft-start circuit limits inrush current during startup. Additional features include output overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and a power-good output. The device is available in SOT23 and SOT563 packages.
