Product Introduction
TAD2141 is an intelligent angle sensor based on tunnel magnetoresistance technology, capable of detecting 360-degree rotation. The sensor integrates two full bridges of tunnel magnetoresistance angle sensors and a digital signal processing ASIC within a single package. It is a pre-calibrated sensor with calibration parameters stored in one-time programmable non-volatile memory. The sensor features a "Calibration Mode" comprising "Static Compensation" and "Dynamic Compensation." "Static Compensation" is designed to eliminate angle errors caused by mechanical misalignment between the magnet and the sensor. During operation, TAD2141 eliminates magnetic, temperature, and lifetime effects through a "Dynamic Compensation" mechanism, thereby achieving superior angle accuracy. The sensor supports multiple output interface functions, including encoder, Hall switch mode, PWM, and SPI.
