Product Introduction
This device is a high-speed CMOS low-voltage quad analog SPDT switch or 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer switch developed using silicon-gate CMOS technology. It is designed to operate over a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V, making it ideal for portable applications. The nSEL input controls the switch. When the nSEL input is held high, switch S1 is on (connected to common port Dn); when SEL is held low, switch S1 is off (high-impedance state between the two ports). When the nSEL input is held low, switch S2 is on (connected to common port D); when nSEL is held high, switch S2 is off (high-impedance state between the two ports). Other key features include fast switching speed, break-before-make delay time, and ultra-low power consumption. All inputs and outputs are equipped with ESD protection circuitry, providing ESD immunity.
