Product Introduction
These devices are protected against damage from overvoltage faults such as direct power supply short circuits, miswiring faults, connector failures, cable crushing, and tool misuse. They also feature advanced Human Body Model (HBM) ESD protection specifications, maintaining stability during ESD events.
These devices integrate a differential driver and a differential receiver, both powered by a single supply. In the 'HVD1785, 'HVD1786, and 'HVD1787, the driver differential output and receiver differential input are internally connected to form a bus port suitable for half-duplex (2-wire bus) communication. In the 'HVD1793, the driver differential output and receiver differential input are separate pins, forming a bus port suitable for full-duplex (4-wire bus) communication. All ports feature a wide common-mode voltage range, making these devices suitable for multipoint applications over long cable runs. These devices are rated for an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃.
