Product Introduction
OPA855 is a wideband low-noise op-amp with bipolar inputs, designed for wideband transimpedance and voltage amplifier applications. When configured as a transimpedance amplifier (TIA), its 8GHz gain-bandwidth product (GBWP) enables high closed-loop bandwidth at transimpedance gains of up to tens of kilohms. The OPA855 is optimized for optical time-of-flight (ToF) systems, where it is used in conjunction with time-to-digital converters such as the TDC7201. The OPA855 can also be used in high-resolution LiDAR systems with differential output amplifiers such as the THS4541 or LMH5401 to drive high-speed ADCs.
