The OPAx991 series is a high-voltage (40V) general-purpose operational amplifier series. These devices feature excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset voltage (±125μV typ.), low temperature drift (±0.3μV/°C typ.), low noise (10.5nV/√Hz and 1.8μVPP), and a 4.5MHz bandwidth.
