Product Introduction

The OPA2810 is a dual-channel, FET-input, voltage-feedback op amp with ultralow input bias current. It features unity-gain stability and 120MHz small-signal unity-gain bandwidth, delivering excellent DC accuracy and dynamic AC performance at very low quiescent power consumption. Fabricated using a proprietary high-speed SiGe BiCMOS process, it offers significantly improved performance compared to equivalent FET-input amplifiers at similar quiescent power levels.

With a 70MHz gain bandwidth product (GBWP), exceptionally high slew rate (180V/µs), and ultralow noise (5.7nV/√Hz), it is well suited for a wide range of data acquisition and signal processing applications. While achieving these benchmark performance levels, it consumes a typical quiescent current (IQ) of 3.65mA/channel.

It supports a wide rated supply voltage range of 4.75V to 27V with rail-to-rail input and output. The wide supply voltage range and excellent dynamic performance make it ideal for a broad range of applications, including wideband photodiode transimpedance amplifiers, test and measurement front-end buffers, active filters, impedance measurement systems, power analyzers, and general-purpose gain and level-shifting stages. Capable of delivering 50mA linear output current, it is suitable for driving optoelectronic components and buffering DAC outputs into heavy loads.

Available in 8-pin SOT23-8 and VSSOP-8 packages, it operates over a rated extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
