They provide a rich set of high-performance analog interfaces, including one 12-bit 1Msps ADC with up to 9 external input channels and one high-speed comparator, along with multiple digital communication interfaces comprising 2× UART, 1× I2C, and 1× SPI.
The N32G003 series operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with a supply voltage of 2V to 5.5V, offering multiple low-power modes to meet the requirements of low-power applications. The series is available in 20-pin package options.
