MX25U1633F is a 16-megabit serial NOR Flash memory, internally configured as 2,097,152 × 8. When operating in quad I/O mode, the architecture changes to 4,194,304 bits × 4 or 8,388,608 bits × 2. The device features an SPI and software protocol that enable single I/O mode operation over a simple 3-wire bus.
