Product Introduction
MX1618 is an H-bridge brushed DC motor driver IC designed for multi-cell battery-powered systems.
● The typical application of MX1618 is with a 12V/16V supply voltage input, driving 1 motor. The maximum rated voltage of the IC must not exceed 20V, and the supply voltage must not fall below 4V during normal operation.
● MX1618 features low on-resistance and provides a continuous current output capability of 1.8A. When the load current exceeds 3.6A, the IC enters overcurrent protection.
● The internal low-voltage circuitry is powered by a built-in LDO. When the IC detects no input signal for more than 100ms, it automatically enters standby mode, in which the quiescent current consumption is less than 1uA.
● This product is equipped with a dedicated current sense output pin (Isense). The current sensing ratio of the sense output circuit is 2500:1; the output sense current can be used by an MCU or other peripheral control circuits to regulate the output current.

- Multiple protections: built-in over-temperature protection at 160℃, built-in over-current protection with current limit at 3.6A
- Pin-compatible with Series-6 motor driver ICs
- ESD rating greater than 4Kv
