Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode (FRED) modules, including models MEA 300-06 DA, MEK 300-06 DA, and MEE 300-06 DA. Repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM = 600V, average forward current IFAVM = 304A, reverse recovery time trr = 250ns. The IFAVM rating includes reverse blocking losses at TVJM, VR = 0.6VRRM, duty cycle d = 0.5. Data complies with IEC 60747 standard; IXYS reserves the right to modify limits, test conditions, and dimensions.
