Product Introduction
The MCP6441/2/4 devices feature ultra-low quiescent current (typical 450nA) with rail-to-rail input and output operation. These op amps are unity-gain stable with a gain bandwidth product of 9kHz (typical). Operation down to 1.4V single supply makes them ideal for single-supply, battery-powered applications. Designed with advanced CMOS process technology, they are available in single (MCP6441), dual (MCP6442), and quad (MCP6444) configurations. All devices support extended temperature range with a supply voltage range of 1.4V to 6.0V.
