Product Introduction
JSM2134 is a three-phase high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. Fabricated using a process compatible with both high and low voltages, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip, with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, and the outputs feature high-current pulse capability with shoot-through-prevention dead-time logic. The floating channels can be used to drive high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V; these floating channels require additional bootstrap circuitry. In addition, JSM2134 incorporates undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection on both the high-side and low-side.
