Product Introduction
The INA199 series voltage-output current shunt monitors sense the voltage drop across the shunt over a common-mode voltage range of -0.3V to 26V, independent of the supply voltage. Three fixed gains are available: 50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V. The low offset of the zero-drift architecture enables full-scale sensing of voltage drops across the shunt as low as 10mV.
These devices operate from a single +2.7V to +26V supply, drawing a maximum supply current of 100μA. All versions are rated for operation from -40°C to +105°C and are available in SC70 and thin QFN-10 packages.
These devices incorporate limited built-in ESD protection.
