The ICW1238-Q1 series is a high-voltage (up to 40V), low-power LDO regulator fabricated using CMOS technology. It delivers up to 1A of output current with a quiescent current of only 1.6uA. The device consists of a voltage reference generator, error amplifier, current foldback circuit, phase compensation circuit, and transistor driver circuit. The ICW1238-Q1 is a high-performance LDO regulator designed for automotive applications, with the entire product family certified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standards.
