Product Introduction
GALI-59+ is a RoHS-compliant broadband amplifier offering high dynamic range. Its leads feature SnAgNi plating with excellent lot-to-lot performance consistency, housed in a SOT-89 package. It employs a patented transient-protected Darlington configuration and is fabricated using InGaP HBT technology. The amplifier is ruggedized to withstand ESD and power turn-on transients.
