Product Introduction
CT432 is a high-bandwidth, ultra-low-noise integrated contact current sensor utilizing the patented XtremeSense™ tunnel magnetoresistance technology, enabling high-precision current measurement for a wide range of industrial, consumer electronics, and automotive applications. The device supports multiple current ranges, with an integrated current-carrying conductor capable of handling currents up to 70A, producing an analog output voltage that is linearly proportional to the measured current. The device achieves a total output error of less than ±1.0% of full scale across voltage and the full temperature range. The device features an output response time of ~300 ns, current consumption of approximately 6.0 mA, and common-mode magnetic field rejection capability. The CT432 is optimized for high dV/dt applications to minimize capacitive coupling to V_OUT, making it suitable for switching applications. The CT432 is offered in an industry-standard 16-pin wide-body SOIC package that is compliant with green/RoHS standards.
