Product Introduction
CM4102/CM4104 consists of ultra-high precision dual/quad-channel amplifiers, featuring extremely low offset voltage and offset voltage drift, low input bias current, low noise, and low power consumption. With capacitive loads below 1000pF, no external compensation is required to maintain output stability. At a supply voltage of 25V, the typical supply current per amplifier is 680μA. A built-in 500Ω series resistor at the input not only protects the internal circuitry, but also allows the device to accept input signals slightly above the supply voltage while preventing output phase reversal.
CM4102 is available in MSOP8 and SOP8 packages, while CM4104 comes in an SOP14 package. Both are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 725°C, making them suitable for a variety of harsh operating environments.
