The ASM330LHHXG1 is a 6-axis IMU featuring a 3-axis digital accelerometer and a 3-axis digital gyroscope, with an operating temperature range extended to +125°C, designed specifically for automotive non-safety applications. The sensing elements are manufactured using a proven micromachining process, while the interface IC is developed with CMOS technology and trimmed to better match the characteristics of the sensing elements. The ASM330LHHXG1 offers a full-scale acceleration range of ±2/±4/±8/±16 g and a wide angular rate range of ±125/±250/±500/±1000/±2000/±4000 dps, suitable for a broad range of automotive applications. The device supports both high-performance and low-power operating modes. All design aspects are optimized to achieve excellent output stability, ultra-low noise, and complete data synchronization, benefiting sensor-assisted applications such as dead reckoning and sensor fusion. The device is housed in a 14-pin plastic land grid array package.
