Product Introduction
The AHT20 temperature and humidity sensor is embedded in a reflow-solderable dual flat no-lead SMD package, outputting calibrated digital signals in standard I²C format. Equipped with a dedicated ASIC, a MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, and an on-chip temperature sensing element, the AHT20 delivers significantly enhanced performance. Every sensor is calibrated and tested, and printed with a product lot number.
