Product Introduction
The AD8065/AD8066 FastFET amplifiers are voltage feedback amplifiers featuring FET inputs with excellent performance and ease of use. The AD8065 is a single amplifier, and the AD8066 is a dual amplifier. These amplifiers offer ultralow noise (7.0 nV/√Hz and 0.6 fA/√Hz) and very high input impedance.
The AD8065/AD8066 operate over a wide supply voltage range of 5 V to 24 V, support single-supply operation, and provide 145 MHz bandwidth, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. In addition, these amplifiers feature rail-to-rail output, further enhancing their versatility.
Despite their low cost, these devices deliver outstanding overall performance. With differential gain and phase errors of 0.02% and 0.02°, respectively, and 0.1 dB flatness to 7 MHz, they are ideal for video applications. These devices also offer a high slew rate of 180 V/μs, excellent distortion performance (SFDR of −88 dBc at 1 MHz), very high common-mode rejection (−100 dB), and low input offset voltage (1.5 mV maximum, warmed up). The AD8065/AD8066 draw only 6.4 mA typical supply current per amplifier while capable of driving load currents up to 30 mA.
